Requirements for renting a 125cc motorbike in Formentera
Before booking, make sure you meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Required documentation: valid category B driving licence (car licence) + ID card or passport
- Deposit: a security deposit of €X will be held when collecting the motorbike and fully refunded at the end of the rental if there is no damage
- Minimum rental period: 1 day (24 hours)
- Fuel policy: the motorbike is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition
An A1 motorcycle licence is not required. A standard car driving licence is enough to ride a 125cc motorbike.

Yes, as long as the motorbike is equipped with a passenger seat and footrests, which is the case for all our models. The passenger must also wear an approved helmet, which we include at no additional cost.
All our rentals include 24-hour roadside assistance. If the motorbike has a fault that is not caused by misuse, we will take care of the solution at no cost to you: on-site assistance or a replacement vehicle if necessary.
In July and August, demand often exceeds availability. We recommend booking at least 7–10 days in advance to guarantee the model you want. Outside the high season, booking 24–48 hours in advance is usually enough.

Yes, technically it is possible, but the motorbikes in our fleet are intended exclusively for use in Formentera. They are not authorized to leave the island. If you need transport between islands, contact us and we will advise you.
