Requirements to rent a 49cc motorcycle in Formentera
Before booking, make sure you meet these requirements:
- Minimum age: 15 years old with a valid AM licence
- No licence required: if you were born before February 1st, 1998, you can ride a 49cc motorcycle without any type of licence
- Required documentation: AM licence, category B driving licence or ID if exempt + ID card or passport
- Deposit: a security deposit of X€ is held when collecting the motorcycle and fully refunded at the end of the rental if there is no damage
- Minimum rental period: 1 day (24 hours)
- Fuel: the motorcycle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition

No. All our 125cc motorbike rentals include unlimited mileage. You can explore the island as many times as you want without worrying about the odometer.
Yes, technically it is possible, but the motorbikes in our fleet are intended exclusively for use in Formentera. They are not authorized to leave the island. If you need transport between islands, contact us and we will advise you.
